Report concerning need for electricity sub-stations

311. Report concerning need for electricity sub-stations



(1) If an application is made for a building permit for the construction of a
building, the relevant building surveyor may require a report from the
relevant electricity supply authority as to whether an electricity sub-station
is necessary on the allotment and, if so, the size and location of the
sub-station.

(2) This regulation does not apply to the construction of a Class 1 or 10
building.
