Information to be contained in certificate of consent

203. Information to be contained in certificate of consent

For the purposes of section 25G of the Act, a certificate of consent must
contain the following informationž

   (a)  the date of issue of the certificate;

   (b)  a description of the proposed domestic building work that the
        certificate relates to;

   (c)  the address of the land on which the domestic building work is to be
        carried out;

   (d)  the names of all owners of the land.
