Who may take proceedings?

40. Who may take proceedings?

Proceedings under this Act or the regulations may be taken by-

   (a)  the Board; or

   (b)  the Chief Executive Officer; or

   (c)  a person authorised by the Board or the Chief Executive Officer either
        generally or in a particular case; or

   (d)  an authorised officer within the meaning of section 3(1) of the
        Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.
