Offence to engage in conduct that suggests sponsorship, approval or affiliation

58. Offence to engage in conduct that suggests sponsorship, approval or
affiliation

A person must not engage in conduct which would suggest to a reasonable
person-

   (a)  that goods or services have a sponsorship, approval or affiliation
        that they do not have with-

   (i)  the Championships; or

   (ii) any event or activity associated with the Championships; or

   (iii) the Corporation; or

   (iv) FINA; or

   (v)  Swimming Australia; or

   (b)  that any person has a sponsorship, approval or affiliation that the
        person does not have with-

   (i)  the Championships; or

   (ii) any event or activity associated with the Championships; or

   (iii) the Corporation; or

   (iv) FINA; or

   (v)  Swimming Australia. Penalty: 100 penalty units, in the case of a
        natural person; 600 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
