Register of authorisations

56. Register of authorisations



(1) The Corporation must-

   (a)  maintain a register of authorisations given under section 54; and

   (b)  record in the register of authorisations each authorisation by the
        Corporation under section 54.

(2) The register of authorisations must include the following-

   (a)  the name of any person authorised by the Corporation under section 54
        to use WSC logos or images or WSC references;

   (b)  the date of the authorisation and the period of its duration.



(3) The register of authorisations may be-

   (a)  inspected by any person at any reasonable time, without charge; and

   (b)  made available for inspection on the Internet.
