Application of Division

50P. Application of Division

Nothing in this Division prevents a person outside the event period-

   (a)  attending in a Championships venue or designated access area-

   (i)  a public entertainment;

   (ii) a public sporting activity- approved by the committee of management or
        other land manager of that area; or

   (b)  patronising a business that is permanently located in a Championships
        venue or designated access area.
