50C. Major Sporting Events Act 2009 does not apply

The Major Sporting Events Act 2009 does not apply to a Championships event or
to a Championships venue or designated access area despite-

   (a)  that event being conducted in a managed venue within the meaning of
        that Act; or

   (b)  that Championships venue or designated access area or any part of that
        venue or area being a managed venue within the meaning of that Act.
