Delegation by Secretary

41E. Delegation by Secretary

The Secretary, in writing, may delegate any of the powers conferred on the
Secretary under this Act or the regulations, other than this power of
delegation, to-

   (a)  a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004
        as an executive within the meaning of that Act; or

   (b)  the Corporation; or

   (c)  a body corporate established under an Act for a public purpose.
