41D. Department Head's powers are not affected

The powers and functions of the person who for the time being constitutes the
Secretary under section 25A of the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Act 2001
are in addition to, and do not affect, that person's powers and functions as a
Department Head under the Public Administration Act 2004.
