Amendment and revocation of orders

39. Amendment and revocation of orders



(1) The Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may amend,
vary or revoke an order made under this Part.

(2) This Part applies to the amendment, variation or revocation of an order
made under this Part in the same way as it does to the making of an order.
