World Swimming Championships Act 2004 - SECT 33
Designated access areas
33. Designated access areas
(1) Subject to section 34, the Minister, by order published in the Government
Gazette, may declare an area of land to be a designated access area.
(2) An order under this section may only be made in respect of an area of land
which is-
(a) adjacent to a Championships venue; or
(b) required for the establishment, conduct or management of a
Championships venue; or
(c) required for purposes ancillary to, or in connection with, the conduct
or management of an event or activity forming part of the
Championships or a Championships event.
(3) Without limiting section 32, an order under subsection (1) may include a
Championships venue.
