Report to Minister

30. Report to Minister



(1) An Advisory Committee must report to the Minister within the time
specified by the Minister.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), if the Minister refers a matter to an Advisory
Committee under this Part, the Minister-

   (a)  must take into account any report of the Advisory Committee received
        by the Minister within the specified time; and

   (b)  may make any decision about any matter which is the subject of a
        report without the report of the Advisory Committee if the Minister
        does not receive the report within the specified time.

(3) The Minister is not bound by a report of an Advisory Committee under this
Part.
