Chief executive officer

24. Chief executive officer



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Corporation may employ a person as the
chief executive officer of the Corporation.

(2) The Corporation must consult with the Minister before employing a chief
executive officer of the Corporation.

(3) Subject to this Act, the chief executive officer holds office for the
period and on the terms and conditions determined by the Corporation.
