Committees

23. Committees



(1) The Corporation may establish any committee as it determines from time to
time to be required by the Corporation to assist it in performing any of its
functions.

(2) The membership and functions of any committee established by the
Corporation are to be determined by the Corporation.

(3) Except as otherwise determined by the Corporation, the procedure of any
committee established by the Corporation is to be determined by the committee.
