Directions to Board

17. Directions to Board



(1) The Minister, from time to time, may give such directions to the Board as
the Minister thinks fit.

(2) A direction under subsection (1) must be by written notice to the Board.

(3) The Board must comply with a direction given under this section but an act
or decision of the Board is not invalid merely because of a failure to comply
with a direction given under this section.
