Appointment of Board

13. Appointment of Board



(1) There is to be a Board of Management of the Corporation consisting of not
less than 9 members and not more than 11 members appointed by the Governor in
Council.

(2) Of the persons appointed as members of the Board, 4 members are to be
persons nominated to the Minister by Swimming Australia, of whom-

   (a)  one must be the President of Swimming Australia; and

   (b)  one must be the Chief Executive Officer of Swimming Australia.
