Chief Commissioner of Police to respond to Ombudsman

65. Chief Commissioner of Police to respond to Ombudsman

If, under section 63A, the Ombudsman makes a recommendation to the Chief
Commissioner of Police as to the taking of any action, the Chief Commissioner
of Police must give a written response to the Ombudsman stating whether or not
the Chief Commissioner of Police proposes to take the action.
