Notice of implementation of recommendation

64. Notice of implementation of recommendation



If the Ombudsman makes a recommendation in a report to a person under section
63 or 63A, he or she may request that person to notify him or her within a
specified time-

   (a)  of the steps that have been or are proposed to be taken to give effect
        to the recommendation; or

   (b)  if no steps have been or are proposed to be taken, the reasons for
        this.
