Application of Division

61A. Application of Division





(1) This Division applies to an investigation referred to the Director under
section 43.



(2) This Division applies to the investigation in addition to Division 3, and,
except where otherwise indicated, nothing in this Division affects or takes
away from anything in Division 3.
