Referral of matters for investigation otherwise than under this Act

41. Referral of matters for investigation otherwise than under this Act



(1) The Ombudsman may refer a disclosed matter to the Chief Commissioner of
Police, the Auditor-General, a prescribed public body or the holder of a
prescribed office to investigate if the Ombudsman considers it appropriate to
do so.

(2) This section does not apply to a disclosed matter relating to a member of
the police force.
