Determination by Ombudsman

37. Determination by Ombudsman



(1) Division 1 applies to a disclosure referred to the Ombudsman under this
Division as if the disclosure had been made to the Ombudsman.

(2) The Ombudsman must, within a reasonable time, notify the Director or Chief
Commissioner of Police (as the case requires) of the determination as to
whether a disclosure is a public interest disclosure.
