Determination by Ombudsman

32. Determination by Ombudsman



(1) Division 1 applies to a disclosure referred to the Ombudsman under this
Division as if the disclosure had been made to the Ombudsman.

(2) The Ombudsman must, within a reasonable time, notify the public body that
referred the disclosure under this Division of the determination as to whether
a disclosure is a public interest disclosure.
