13. Certain further information also protected



(1) Subject to section 23, if a person who makes a disclosure in accordance
with Part 2 provides further information relating to that disclosure to a
person or body listed in subsection (2), that further information is to be
treated as if it were a protected disclosure for the purposes of this Part.

(2) Subsection (1) applies to further information provided to-

   (a)  the President of the Legislative Council; or

   (b)  the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly; or

   (c)  the Ombudsman; or

   (d)  the Director; or





   (e)  the Chief Commissioner of Police; or

   (f)  a public body.
