10. Privileges of Parliament and legal professional privilege not affected



(1) Nothing in this Act derogates from the privileges, immunities and powers
held, possessed or enjoyed by custom, statute or other law or otherwise of-

   (a)  the Parliament; and

   (b)  each House of Parliament; and

   (c)  the President of the Legislative Council; and

   (d)  the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly; and

   (e)  the members and Committees of each House of Parliament; and

   (f)  the joint Committees of the Parliament.

(2) Nothing in this Act entitles a person to disclose information that is the
subject of legal professional privilege.
