WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 214
Compensation for non-economic loss—loss of foetus(1) The amount of the non-economic loss in respect of an injury resulting in the loss of a foetus or of the loss of more than one foetus is $67 660.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), "foetus" means the conceptus beyond the sixteenth week of development.
