WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1994 - SECT 4AA

Despite section 5(1) of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 , if there is any inconsistency between a provision of Part 1A or Part 1B and a provision of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 or the Water Act 1989 , the provision of Part 1A or Part 1B prevails to the extent of that inconsistency.
