WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1994 - SECT 199

On the water corporation commencement, any terms and conditions agreed between an old licensee and the rating authority under section 143 as in force immediately before that day are taken to be terms and conditions agreed between the relevant water corporation and the rating authority under that section.
