WILLS ACT 1997 - SECT 30
Recognition of statutory wills(1) A statutory will made according to the law of the place where the deceased was resident at the time of the execution of the will is deemed to be a valid will of the deceased.
(2) In this section, "statutory will" means a will executed under a statutory provision on behalf of a person who, at the time of the execution, lacked testamentary capacity.
