Applications for water shares by holders of interstate right

33M. Applications for water shares by holders of interstate right

A person who is the holder of a right in another State or a Territory that is
equivalent to that of ownership of a water share, may apply to the Minister,
in accordance with the agreement entered into under Division 8, for a water
share to be issued under this Part on the cancellation of the equivalent right
in the other State or Territory.
