Application for water share

33L. Application for water share



(1) A person may apply to the Minister for the issue of a water share.

(2) An application under subsection (1)-

   (a)  must specify the proposed associated water system for the share; and

   (b)  in the case of an application by more than one person, must specify
        whether the share is to be held by the applicants-

   (i)  as joint tenants; or

   (ii) as tenants in common.
