33H. Matters Minister must specify in issuing water share

On issuing a water share the Minister must specify-

   (a)  in the case of a water share issued under this Part to more than one
        person, whether the share is to be held by those persons-

   (i)  as joint tenants; or

   (ii) as tenants in common;

   (b)  whether or not the water share is an associated water share, and if
        the water share is an associated water share-

   (i)  the land specified in a water-use licence or water-use registration
        with which it is associated; and

   (ii) the water-use licence or water-use registration in which the land is
        so specified;

   (c)  the Authority (if any) that is responsible for providing services in
        respect of the water share.
