33G. Matters the Minister must determine in issuing a water share

On issuing a water share the Minister must determine-

   (a)  the water system for which the share is issued, and, if that water
        system is divided into zones, the zone for which the water share is
        issued; and

   (b)  the share of water available from the water system under the water
        share, which must be expressed as a maximum volume of water over a
        period defined by the Minister; and

   (c)  the class of reliability of the share; and

   (d)  any other prescribed matter.
