32H. Plan must be available for inspection

The following must keep a copy of an approved management plan (as amended from
time to time) available at their offices for any person to inspect during
office hours free of charge-

   (a)  any Authority exercising a function under this Act in the area
        concerned;

   (b)  any council in whose municipal district the area concerned is wholly
        or partly situated;

   (c)  the responsible authority under the Planning and Environment Act 1987
        in relation to a planning scheme for the whole or any part of the area
        concerned.
