Public availability of report

32D. Public availability of report

An Authority that has prepared a report in accordance with section 32C must,
as soon as practicable after giving a copy of the report to the Minister-

   (a)  make a copy of the report available for inspection, during business
        hours, free of charge at the offices of the Authority; and

   (b)  publish a notice of that availability in a newspaper circulating
        generally in the area to which the approved management plan applies.
