Guidelines for preparation of draft management plans

30. Guidelines for preparation of draft management plans



(1) The Minister may prepare guidelines for the preparation of a draft
management plan for an area that is the subject of a declaration under section
27(1).

(2) The Minister may from time to time amend or revoke any guidelines prepared
under subsection (1).

(3) The Minister, as soon as practicable after preparing, amending or revoking
guidelines under this section must give the relevant consultative committee-

   (a)  a copy of the guidelines or the amendment; or

   (b)  notice of the revocation of the guidelines.
