Amendment or abolition of water supply protection area

28. Amendment or abolition of water supply protection area



(1) The Minister may, by a subsequent Order published in the Government
Gazette, amend the boundaries of, or abolish, a water supply protection area.

(2) Section 27 applies (with any necessary modifications) to an Order under
subsection (1) as if it were a declaration under section 27(1).
