Giving of information to Minister

25. Giving of information to Minister



(1) A person must comply with a requirement of the Minister under section
23(2)(c).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) Except with the permission of the person who gave a copy of the record to
the Minister, the Minister must not disclose to any person any information
contained in a copy of a record given to him or her under section 23(2)(c).
