Review of Sustainable Water Strategy

22I. Review of Sustainable Water Strategy



(1) The Minister must review a Sustainable Water Strategy-

   (a)  if the findings of a long-term water resources assessment undertaken
        under this Part have any impact on the Strategy; or

   (b)  at the end of 10 years following the endorsement of the Strategy.

(2) The Minister may review a Sustainable Water Strategy at any time.

(3) A review under this section must determine whether or not the timelines
and targets in the implementation plan of the Strategy being reviewed have
been met.

(4) The procedures that apply to the making of a Sustainable Water Strategy
under this Division apply, with any necessary modifications to the review of a
Sustainable Water Strategy.
