Consultative committee-Sustainable Water Strategy

22D. Consultative committee-Sustainable Water Strategy



(1) The Minister must appoint a consultative committee to advise the Minister
on-

   (a)  the preparation of each Sustainable Water Strategy; and

   (b)  the matters the strategy must provide for under section 22C(1); and

   (c)  any other matter requested by the Minister relating to the preparation
        of the Strategy.

(2) The Minister must make sure that, so far as it is possible, the membership
consists of persons who have knowledge or experience in the matters to be
covered in a Sustainable Water Strategy.
