Onus of proving wildlife not taken in Victoria

69. Onus of proving wildlife not taken in Victoria

On proceedings for an offence against any of the provisions of this Act or the
regulations or any proclamation with respect to taking or killing of wildlife
alleged by the informant to have been taken or killed in Victoria it shall be
upon the person charged to prove that the wildlife was not taken or killed in
Victoria.
