Eggs presumed to be endangered wildlife

65. Eggs presumed to be endangered wildlife

In any proceedings for an offence against this Act it must be presumed that
any eggs or parts of eggs are the eggs or parts of eggs of endangered wildlife
unless the contrary is proven.
