Statements of the Secretary as evidence

64. Statements of the Secretary as evidence

A statement in writing purporting to be under the seal of the Secretary to the
effect that-

   (a)  a specified person was or was not the holder of a licence,
        authorisation or permit under this Act; or

   (b)  a licence, authority or permit under this Act is subject to specified
        conditions, restrictions or limitations; or

   (c)  a premises is the premises specified in a licence under this Act; or

   (d)  a specified person was or was not issued with a tag under this Act-

is evidence, and in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of the
facts stated in it.
