Copy of warrant to be given to occupier

59E. Copy of warrant to be given to occupier

If the occupier or another person who apparently represents the occupier is
present at the premises or dwelling-house when a search warrant is being
executed, the authorised officer must-

   (a)  identify himself or herself to that person by producing evidence of
        his or her identity for inspection by that person; and

   (b)  give that person the occupier's copy of the warrant.
