Keeping false records

58A. Keeping false records

If a person, who is the holder of a licence, permit or authorisation under
this Act, is required by or under this Act or the terms of that licence,
permit or authorisation to make or keep records, that person must not
knowingly make or keep records that are inaccurate or false. Penalty: 120
penalty units.
