47B. Declaration of endangered and notable wildlife



(1) The Governor in Council may, by proclamation published in the Government
Gazette, declare any taxon of protected wildlife to be endangered wildlife.

(2) The Governor in Council may, by proclamation published in the Government
Gazette, declare any taxon of protected wildlife to be notable wildlife.
