Offences in relation to wildlife sanctuaries

35. Offences in relation to wildlife sanctuaries



(1) Any person who takes or destroys wildlife in or upon a sanctuary shall be
guilty of an offence against this Act.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.

(2) Any person who without the authority in writing of the Secretary hunts or
wilfully disturbs wildlife in or upon a sanctuary shall be guilty of an
offence against this Act.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.
