Persons acting under authority not guilty of offence

31. Persons acting under authority not guilty of offence

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Act or the regulations any
person who uses any equipment or substance or who captures or is in possession
of or destroys wildlife under and in accordance with an authority given by the
Minister under section 30 shall not with respect to such use, possession, or
destruction be guilty of any offence against this Act or the regulations.
