Publication and commencement of authorisation order

28J. Publication and commencement of authorisation order



(1) An authorisation order must be published in the Government Gazette.

(2) An authorisation order comes into operation on-

   (a)  the day specified in the order, which must not be before the day on
        which the order is published in the Government Gazette; or

   (b)  if no day is specified in the order, the day after the day on which
        the order is published in the Government Gazette.
