Conditions in authorisation orders
28I. Conditions in authorisation orders
(1) The Governor in Council may impose conditions on the carrying out of any
activity under an authorisation order.
(2) Regulations made under this Act may impose conditions on the carrying out
of any activity under an authorisation order.
