WRONGS ACT 1958 - SECT 28LZI
Limitations on appeal in relation to assessments and determinations(1) No appeal on the merits may be made to a court from an assessment or determination of a Medical Panel under this Division.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects any right of a court to grant any other relief or remedy in relation to an assessment or determination of a Medical Panel under this Division.
